Description

The intended target for the evening was NGC 6674, but I had lost practice with working at this (about 1100 mm) focal length and messed it up, only realizing too late that I was massively out of focus.
Besides, NGC6674 could be too much at F7.1 from city skies, even with a mono camera.
One way or another this proves that the Unistellar Equinox is not just VERY easier to handle than a traditional setup (especially anything going beyond a camera lens setup), but also indeed not bad at all in its results in the same conditions.
Anyway, to somewhat salvage the evening I fell back on the evergreen (and very bright) M57, trying to take advantage, if nothing else, of the relatively high resolution of the setup.
Focus is not perfect, but tracking was rather good, considering the mount, the weight and the focal length.
